Product Description
1. The workpiece can be placed stably without precision requirements. The equipment can automatically align the workpiece to ensure that the expansion rotating shaft is coaxial with the pipe. The preparation time before expansion is short;
2. The equipment adopts laser vision positioning and measuring system, which has the functions of automatic identification of pipe core, automatic matching of drawings, automatic generation of expansion path, etc;
3. It can set the lubrication frequency (interval time) and lubricating oil volume of the pipe expander during the expansion process, and directly lubricate the pipe expander during operation;
4. It has fault alarm emergency stop and breakpoint memory recovery functions;
5. It has the function of automatic dispensing, and can be equipped with glue heating and insulation function;
6. It is equipped with an automatic cleaning and lubricating device to automatically clean and lubricate the tube expander during expansion.
