Product Description
1. It is unnecessary to place the head piece strictly;
2. Non contact automatic measurement of the pressing accuracy of the head piece. Automatic report generation without measuring template;
3. Automatically generate the optimal scribing and cutting track according to the measurement data to ensure the arc length dimension accuracy of each steel plate;
4. Optical fiber laser is used for scribing, with uniform scratches and high accuracy;
5. Double gun cutting is adopted to improve cutting efficiency, and automatically track the thermal deformation of curved steel plate during cutting, with high cutting accuracy;
6. The robot six axis linkage mode is adopted to complete the automatic scribing and automatic cutting of the head plate, without manual scribing and track laying.
