Product Description
This equipment is mainly used for the welding of membrane wall tube panel accessories (channel steel) of coal-fired power plant boiler products. The front end of the welding gun is equipped with a visual tracking sensor to track the welding seam in real time and complete the welding of the attachment seam.
Performance characteristics:
1. The gantry structure is adopted. The gantry is welded by sections (Q235A) and steel plates (Q235A). It has high strength and can fully meet the requirements of carrying two articulated arm robots without plastic deformation;
2. The control system consists of "robot body control system" and "equipment master control system", which can control all execution units of the equipment and complete the whole process of autonomous programming and automatic welding;
3. The advanced laser vision tracking technology and intelligent control system are combined to quickly adjust the welding position according to the scanning results and achieve accurate welding;
4. The equipment shall be equipped with anti arc light shielding parts to shield the arc light radiation during welding. At the same time, the equipment shall be equipped with audible and visual alarm devices for early warning and alarm.
